Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Support Specialist to contribute to the achievement of business goals through the delivery of high-quality administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple functions, and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support within designated timeframes, ensuring compliance with company requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records across systems
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions
- Build strong networks across the administration group to support collaboration and efficiency
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, including key handover points between functions
- Ensure consistent execution of processes in line with company policies and financial timelines
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery through continuous learning and process improvement
- Support activities in line with departmental budget requirements
About You:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with MS Office and business systems
- Sound knowledge of JDE and COUPA systems (desirable)
- Intermediate proficiency across the MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
