The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Territory Manager to take ownership of the Southwestern region. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by growing Cleanaway’s presence and delivering smart, sustainable waste solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

In this role, you’ll be out in the field building strong, lasting customer relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and introducing innovative, sustainability-focused services to both new and existing clients. You’ll be trusted to lead from the front and shape your territory as if it were your own.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively generating new business through face‑to‑face prospecting and cold‑to‑warm outreach
  • Owning your territory end‑to‑end—pipeline, revenue, targets and growth
  • Converting new opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts
  • Developing and executing territory sales plans to exceed KPIs
  • Accurately forecasting, reporting pipeline and tracking performance
  • Using Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities and customer activity

About You

You’re commercially sharp, competitive by nature and motivated by closing deals. You know how to manage rejection, build rapport quickly and keep momentum high.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule
  • A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
  • Resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude
