The Opportunity
Working with the Oils and Technical team, this is a crucial leadership role focused on providing high-quality administrative support. As Administration Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team to ensure administrative services are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with company requirements. You will also play an important role in improving processes and supporting the achievement of business objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and organising daily administrative workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance
- Monitoring the integrity of data entry to support invoicing, reporting and driver run sheet processes
- Building strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders and promoting positive team interactions
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve end‑to‑end administration processes and handover points
- Supporting consistent administrative service delivery through knowledge sharing and clear timeframes
- Collecting, maintaining and providing data to support reporting and decision‑making
- Managing activities within the departmental budget
About you
You’re a collaborative, customer‑centric leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
You also bring:
- Sound knowledge of JDE, Salesforce, Coupa or similar systems
- Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience coaching, mentoring and leading administration teams
- The ability to influence and manage a wide range of stakeholder expectations
- Highly developed MS Office skills
