The Opportunity

Join a high-impact Data & Analytics team at the forefront of translating business needs into meaningful data-driven solutions. Reporting to the Analytics Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to drive strategic outcomes.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work across the organisation to shape data products, influence decision-making, and ensure value is realised through analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into clear data and technical requirements
  • Act as the link between business and technical teams, supporting delivery squads throughout the lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain data product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive alignment
  • Build and support data models and self-service frameworks, enabling users to generate insights independently
  • Prepare high-quality materials to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way
  • Monitor and define key metrics to track performance and optimise ROI of data products
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations effectively

About You

You’re a commercially minded, strategic thinker who thrives on solving problems and influencing outcomes. You bring a strong blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Your Experience Will Include:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar within data and analytics environments
  • Strong capability in translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working closely with Agile delivery teams and squads
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and drive outcomes through collaboration
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience preparing business requirements documentation and presentation materials
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL
  • Ability to keep delivery on track, manage competing priorities, and drive results
