The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and solutions-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team, supporting our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing relationships with Commercial & Industrial customers, acting as a key point of contact
  • Handling customer enquiries and delivering a responsive, solutions-focused experience
  • Taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring timely and positive outcomes
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate effective service solutions
  • Investigating complex queries, identifying root causes, and escalating where needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems (Salesforce) are always up to date

About you

You’re someone who takes genuine pride in delivering a high standard of service and building positive relationships with customers. You’re confident navigating more complex enquiries, enjoy getting to the root of a problem, and won’t shy away from taking ownership to see things through. With a proactive mindset and a calm, professional approach, you’re able to juggle competing priorities while staying organised and focused on achieving the best outcome for both the customer and the business.

 

  • You have previous call centre or customer service experience (highly regarded)
  • You’re confident managing more complex customer interactions
  • You’re a natural problem-solver who takes ownership and sees things through to resolution
  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities
  • You’re a strong team player who enjoys collaborating to get the best outcomes
