The Opportunity

• As an HR Driver, you'll be responsible for safely operating collection vehicles while delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Safely operating waste collection vehicles
• Loading, transporting and unloading commercial and industrial waste materials
• Delivering loads to designated recycling and disposal facilities
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle presentation
• Complying with all fatigue management, safety and operational requirements

About You

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused driver who enjoys working independently and as part of a team.

• Unrestricted HR Licence
• Experience or willingness to operate a variety of trucks
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
• Clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
