  • Managing fleet and site operations, ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe, compliant, and well maintained
  • Driving operational performance, balancing service delivery, efficiency, and cost management
  • Owning the branch financials (P&L), with support and guidance to help you succeed
  • Collaborating with internal experts across safety, environment, and fleet to ensure best practice outcomes
  • Contributing to local projects and improvements, with the opportunity to influence how things are done

About you:

  • Solid prior experience in managing unionised, operational teams within the waste, logistics, commercial or Government industry is desirable.
  • Understanding of fleet management and vehicle maintenance, with the ability to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Skilled in overseeing complex multi-site branch operations and ensuring all activities align with safety and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience managing a P&L, driving financial performance while overseeing operational costs and maintenance.
