The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Health Services team in Northgate, QLD.

• Manage and grow customer relationships through proven strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and sales growth
• Handle customer service requests through Salesforce CRM
• Achieve first call resolution to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval
• Investigate, log and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes
• Monitor and record inbound and outbound call and email activity 

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
• Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Calm under pressure and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus — not essential
• Intermediate Excel skills
