The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially astute Contract Manager to oversee multiple client sites across the Mandurah region, supporting a growing portfolio with a strong focus on performance, service delivery and relationship management. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll partner closely with site teams, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across both controlled and solid waste services.
You’ll take ownership of four client sites and act as the key point of contact across the business. With a proactive mindset, you’ll balance commercial outcomes, operational alignment and strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of four Site Coordinators.
- Provide commercial oversight, including pricing requests, cost control and revenue growth opportunities.
- Be the go-to for ad hoc client and operational requests across sites.
- Ensure consistent service delivery across solid waste streams.
- Partner with operational teams, including frontline and operations support, to drive outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar commercially focused role within waste, industrial services or maintenance environments.
- Able to work autonomously across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
- Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth and optimisation.
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from site-based teams to senior stakeholders.
