The Opportunity
At Cleanaway, we're turning waste into resources and helping create a more sustainable future. As Australia's leading waste management and resource recovery company, we're not just collecting bins, we're helping businesses make smarter, more sustainable choices every day.
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll identify the right solutions, build strong relationships, and guide customers through their journey from initial sale to successful onboarding. You'll also work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the first three months of their contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound enquiries and qualified web leads into new business contracts.
- Close sales over the phone and confidently recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the first three months of their contract.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding, billing, account and service enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in Salesforce.
- Achieve contract, revenue, activity and KPI targets.
We're growing and have multiple opportunities available within our Inbound Sales team. These hybrid roles are currently based on St Kilda Road and will soon transition to our Docklands office, conveniently located near Southern Cross Station.
