The Opportunity
Based in Wingfield, SA, on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, the Fleet Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data, systems, administration and processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate fleet asset meter readings for use in maintenance forecasting, replacement planning, Repair & Maintenance (R&M) costs per hour and fuel costs per hour
- To develop, analyse, publish (and escalate as appropriate) reports on: conformity against key criteria regarding fleet safety and legal conformity; R&M and fuel costs per hour, by vehicle budget category and application, and any other such metrics that may be required from time to time
About You
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fleet administration role, with exposure to multiple stakeholders, ideally within the road transport industry.

- Effective stakeholder management and liaison skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Skilled with use of Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software
