The Opportunity

Join our Oils and Technical Services team as a Dispatch Coordinator at our Riverstone site, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping our transport operations running smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll take ownership of daily transportation activities and help ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.  In this role you will: 

• Coordinate and schedule driver routes to ensure seamless and timely customer service
• Drive route optimisation to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and site operating procedures, including reviewing and signing off daily driver check sheets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, third parties, and customers

You’re a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to delivering value to customers. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems and improve outcomes.  To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with operational teams
• A solid understand of operating procedures
• A knowledge of transport and logistics processes
• Intermediate proficiency across MS Office suite
