The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven State Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our NSW business. Based in Erskine Park, you’ll take charge of a high-performing team of experienced sales professionals, each managing their own key account customer portfolio.

Your role is to inspire and empower your team to surpass their targets, while driving broader business growth through smart strategies and powerful partnerships. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and uncovering new opportunities for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team, driving performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Manage the overall team pipeline in alignment with state sales plans and business growth targets.
  • Deliver on Business revenue goals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Strengthen Cleanaway’s position in the market through proactive relationship-building with key customers and prospects.
  • Leverage Salesforce to monitor performance metrics and create visibility across the team.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of professional, timely, and accurate tenders and quotes.
