The Opportunity

Join our Data & Analytics team as a Senior Change & Training Analyst and play a key role in leading the people side of change across a diverse portfolio of data, technology and AI initiatives. Reporting to the Change Manager, you will help shape and deliver practical change strategies that build understanding, drive adoption and embed new ways of working across the business.

• Deliver end-to-end change management activities, including change impact and stakeholder assessments, business engagement, readiness activities and change communications.
• Develop and execute change and training plans that support successful implementation, adoption and sustained behaviour change.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across the business, facilitating workshops, reference groups, awareness sessions and presentations to support change.
• Design and deliver practical training and learning materials, including Power BI training, written guides and video content.
• Partner with Data & Analytics and project teams to understand the impact of new dashboards, AI solutions and ways of working, bringing a strong change and user-adoption lens.
• Support people to confidently use new tools, interpret data and translate insights into action, helping embed lasting changes in behaviour and ways of working.

About You

You are a hands-on change professional who enjoys working where people, process and technology come together. You can translate technical or data-led concepts into clear, practical messages and learning experiences, and you are comfortable adapting your approach to different stakeholders, capability levels and changing priorities.

• Demonstrated practical change management experience across impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communications and training.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, technology change or data and analytics initiatives in a complex business environment.
• Strong Power BI capability from a user and training perspective, with the confidence to explain dashboards and insights to others.
• Experience developing and facilitating training, with an understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively from frontline teams through to senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, adaptable and resilient approach, with strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills across multiple projects.
