The Opportunity

As a Commercial Business Partner, you will deliver data-driven insights that directly influence revenue, pricing strategies, cost management and profitability across the business unit.

Working alongside an experienced team of Commercial Business Partners and Commercial Managers, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise within the growing circular economy sector while acting as a trusted advisor to operational leaders.

What You'll Do

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, insights and commercial analysis to regional leadership teams.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to develop annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Drive pricing performance through commercial modelling, analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Analyse volumes, pricing, trends and key cost drivers to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Provide margin, profitability, cost and customer lifecycle analysis to improve earnings quality.
• Develop pricing models and commercial documentation to support tenders, bids and contract management activities.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis within a complex business environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations, depots or geographically dispersed business units with diverse customer requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence commercial decisions through data-driven insights.
• Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis, cost modelling and business performance improvement.
• Sound understanding of financial governance, and aherdance to internal controls and commercial risk management.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for partnering with leaders to drive business outcomes.
