The Opportunity

Lead the commercial pricing capability behind some of our largest municipal contracts. You'll help the business make smarter, faster pricing decisions, improve how we assess opportunities, and play a key role in strategically driving the long-term performance of a significant contract portfolio.

  • Lead commercial and financial modelling for bespoke municipal tenders, converting operational and customer inputs into decision-ready pricing and P&L outputs.
  • Modernise legacy models and manual processes to improve cycle time, capacity, traceability and confidence in commercial decisions.
  • Challenge assumptions and test sensitivities to identify commercial risk, margin leakage and opportunities to strengthen tender outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and municipal stakeholders to align modelling inputs, pricing logic and approval recommendations.
  • Present and defend commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decisions on material, long-term contracts.

About You

You'll likely have a background in commercial pricing, bid management, revenue management or commercial finance, with experience supporting complex tenders, contracts or service-based portfolios. This role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving how things are done, and building capability rather than simply operating within an established process.

  • Background in commercial pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, bid pricing, or a similar strategic commercial discipline.
  • Ability to influence and present recommendations to Executive leaders across Sales, Operations and Finance.
  • Exposure to complex tenders, bespoke service offerings or long-term contract portfolios.
  • A track record of improving manual, inconsistent or legacy commercial processes and bringing stakeholders on the journey.
  • The ability to challenge assumptions, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
