The Opportunity

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR Driver to join our Coffs Harbour team operating a Rear Lift Collection Vehicle. This hands-on role involves servicing commercial customers including caravan parks and businesses, with consistent full-time hours and fortnightly Saturday work available.

Duties include:

• Safely operate Rear Lift collection vehicles
• Complete waste collection services across allocated runs
• Perform manual handling and loading activities as required
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle checks
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current HR Licence (HC licence highly regarded)
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• A clean driving record
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
• Professional communication and customer service skills
