The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Care Floor Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Municipal council customers, delivering exceptional service and helping resolve a variety of customer enquiries. This position is a 12-month max-term parental leave contract.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound customer calls and emails
- Booking services and processing customer requests
- Investigating and resolving service enquiries and complaints
- Updating and maintaining customer records in Salesforce and other systems
- Coordinating with operational teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved
- Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
About You
- Prior experience in a customer service, or contact centre role
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- The ability to stay calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- A genuine team-first attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable
