The Role

Join our team and be part of something that actually matters — turning returned containers into a cleaner future. From loading and unloading containers to transporting materials to recycling facilities, every shift you work keeps waste out of landfill and communities thriving

You'll:

• Drive and operate a rear lift collection vehicle safely and confidently
• Run daily pre-start and maintenance checks like a pro
• Deliver loads to recycling and disposal facilities on time, every time
• Bring energy and professionalism to every customer interaction
• Stay sharp on fatigue management and safety protocols
• Get hands-on — this is an active, on-your-feet role

Who We're Looking For

• A current HR licence with runs on the board
• Flexibility across a 7-day roster — variety keeps it interesting!
• A clean driving record you're proud of
• A genuine customer-service mindset
• A safety-first, team-first attitude
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing.
