The Opportunity

Join our Ballarat team in a varied and rewarding Operations Coordinator role. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the site while working closely with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinating and scheduling daily driver runs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and managing enquiries
  • Liaising with drivers and workshop staff regarding fleet maintenance and servicing
  • Assisting with payroll reporting and administration using Kronos (can teach!)
  • Preparing operational reports and supporting site administration
  • General office coordination and other administrative duties as required

About You

Ideally, you will come from an administration, customer service, logistics, transport or warehousing background.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
