The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Platinum Billing Officer to join our National Platinum Accounts team on a 13-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll take ownership of the billing process for a portfolio of major high value national customers.
Working as part of a supportive team while managing your own workload, you’ll have plenty of autonomy to plan your month, meet key billing deadlines and ensure every invoice is accurate and complete.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, getting into the detail and taking ownership of their work. You’ll spend plenty of time in Excel, consolidating information, reconciling accounts and making sure everything matches before invoices go out to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly consolidated invoices for Platinum National customers within agreed timeframes.
- Manage billing for your allocated customer portfolio, ensuring invoices are complete, accurate and issued by required due dates.
- Prepare analysis, reconciliation and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the wider Platinum Billing team to meet monthly deadlines and maintain a consistently high standard of service.
About You
You’re highly organised, reliable and have an eye for detail. You enjoy working independently, taking ownership of your workload and seeing a task through from start to finish.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable or a similar finance administration role.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with financial information.
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and large volumes of data.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver to monthly deadlines.
- A reliable, self-motivated approach and the ability to commit to the full 13-month fixed-term contract.
