About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and provide high-quality administrative support across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, keeping things organised, building relationships and making sure processes run smoothly. This role offers 100% hybrid working from home, providing flexibility while still being part of a collaborative and connected team.

You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, maintain accurate records, support data migration activities and help deliver efficient and consistent administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate data, records and documentation in line with company requirements.
  • Support data export activities, including data validation, cleansing, checking and maintaining data integrity.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions across the business.
  • Follow end-to-end processes and systems, including effective handovers between teams.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, develop your technical skills and enhance the service you provide.

About You

  • You’re organised, reliable and take pride in getting the details right.
  • You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and are confident working with data, spreadsheets and reporting.
  • You have experience supporting data export projects or activities, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • You’re confident building positive relationships and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
  • You’re comfortable learning new systems and enjoy finding better ways of doing things.
  • You bring a positive, collaborative approach and can manage competing priorities and deadlines.
