The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Lavington team on a 12-month max-term, part-time basis. This is a varied customer service and administration role where you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the branch through accurate data entry, answering customer enquiries and completing essential end-of-day processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide general administrative support across branch operations.
- Complete accurate and timely data entry and maintain operational records.
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and enquiries.
- Liaise with councils, residents, commercial customers and internal teams.
- Complete end-of-day processes, including preparing and printing run sheets.
- Support the team with changing priorities, systems and operational requirements.
- Deliver friendly, professional and responsive customer service.
About You
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
