Leading our day shift Monday to Friday, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting day-to-day operations, leading a dedicated team, and overseeing driver schedules to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. This role provides the opportunity to lead our Municipal team and our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business, helping drive collaboration and operational excellence across both areas.

We're looking for a strong leader and natural networker who can build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. While experience in operations, logistics, or waste management is advantageous, we're most interested in someone with exceptional people leadership skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead, motivate and support the waste team to deliver safe and efficient operations
• Foster a positive, safety-first culture aligned with Cleanaway values
• Oversee schedule and coordinate driver routes.
• Navigate and manage operational systems and reporting programs
• Monitor and manage workflows
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders - This will include regular customer meetings
