The Opportunity

Cleanaway is building a new national Sales Support capability to help account managers spend more time with customers and less time on administration. As a Sales Support Partner, you will provide practical support across CRM activity, customer correspondence, reporting requests and sales preparation, helping improve the consistency and effectiveness of the sales process.

 

  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to support agreed sales activities, priorities, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate sales rhythms, actions and follow-up to help maintain momentum and visibility.
  • Support preparation of customer-facing materials, presentations, and QBR/ABR inputs.
  • Coordinate reporting and data requests and provide validated information to support customer conversations.
  • Maintain agreed CRM and segment data and follow up data-quality issues within established governance.
  • Support approved seller communications, Sales Excellence Hub updates and sales initiatives.
  • Work across Sales Excellence and specialist teams to help resolve issues and connect sellers with the right support.
  • Contribute to the development of a new national sales support operating model and improved ways of working.

 

About You

You are a proactive and organised professional who understands the sales lifecycle and enjoys enabling others to succeed. You can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently with stakeholders and produce high-quality customer-facing material.

 

  • Experience in sales support, sales coordination, commercial support or a comparable business partnering role.
  • Understanding of the sales lifecycle, including pipeline management, forecasting or account support.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Strong written communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.
  • Experience preparing presentations, briefs or customer documentation.
  • Confidence interpreting sales data, reporting outputs and CRM information.
