Senior Analyst/Coordinator

The Opportunity

We have a once in a lifetime opportunity for a Senior Analyst / Coordinator to join and support our National Accounts Team. Reporting to the National Account Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and further developing our National Sales Toolkit, key pieces of analysis, presentations and content supporting strategic initiatives along with playing a leading role in the team’s operating rhythm through monthly reporting and meetings. You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing presentations templates for National Accounts team, maintaining high standard and consistent approach through our account management process
  • Develop desktop analysis to support strategic account management initiatives, including service optimisation, share of wallet growth, margin management, contract compliance
  • Supporting strategic initiatives across national accounts team, driving outcomes through National Accounts Managers and Resource Recovery Specialists
  • Develop case studies and regular company news content updates for National Accounts team
  • Provide support with specific customer activities / events / trade shows
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM integrity by managing quality control of activity and opportunity reporting
  • Monitor and support Salesforce CRM customer activity and opportunity management

 

About You

  • Sound knowledge of contracts, contract terms and conditions, SLA’s and KPIs
  • Previous experience in complying with National Account plans and actions to ensure project governance
  • Demonstrated experience in creating professional presentations – publications, corporate documents and marketing material
  • Strong analytical capability utilising large datasets to develop insights
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in skills in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint and Excel non-negotiable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in CRM database operation.
