The Opportunity
Cleanaway’s manufacturing division, ASP Plastics, is Australia’s leading provider of disposable medical-grade sharps containers for the healthcare industry.
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager to focus on the small to medium enterprise (SME) market segment.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will prospect and secure new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively hunt for sales leads and close deals to meet KPIs.
About You
- Proven experience in business development or relationship management and negotiation roles.
- Strong communicator and can build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, and you’re driven to achieve your set targets.
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, analyse market trends and develop actionable plans.
- Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a sales CRM is desirable.
