Territory Manager

The Opportunity

We seek an experienced territory manager with robust account management skills and a B2B sales background to join our team. In this role, you will build new businesses while nurturing and organically growing existing accounts. You will oversee the Southern Region of the Mandurah territory, managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and focusing on new business development. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who excels in maintaining relationships and driving new sales.

  • Develop and manage strategic individual accounts, building a solid rapport with various stakeholders. 
  • Generate leads and provide quotes while analysing each opportunity based on aligning customer needs with Cleanaway's capabilities and strategy. 
  • Analyse competitive markets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review the territory sales forecast. 
  • Manage your sales pipeline with robust call and visit cycles and timely reporting.
  • Account manage existing clients and review product growth opportunities and extension of service contracts.  

 

About you

  • Proven experience in a successful sales position, with a solid ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Proficient in lead generation, cold calling, and converting to a sale. 
  • Exceptional personal presentation skills.  
  • Effective commercial acumen and negotiating background is essential.
  • Experience with sales databases, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies are also required.
