Driver - Rear Lift

• $39 per hour
• Casual role – 2 Days a week
• Day, Afternoon and Weekend shifts available
• Flexible hours – Start times 5AM, 12-2PM & 5PM

The Opportunity 

Based at our Ballarat depot, we are seeking experienced Truck Drivers / Heavy Vehicle Drivers for casual work performing essential services throughout the region. 

As a Rear Lift Operator you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for rear lift collection vehicle
• Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities.
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
• Maintaining a professional image of the company and delivering high quality customer service at all times

About You 

• HR Licence or above and a clean driving record
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as pushing and pulling of bins
• A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Waste industry experience is not essential.
• Willing to undergo a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
