Procurement Analyst

The Opportunity

A recent Graduate and data focused, you will support the procurement team by analysing data, identifying trends, and providing insights which will enhance procurement processes. Collaborating with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams you will optimise the total cost of sourced goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance. Other responsibilities include.

  • Collecting and analysing data, to enable a deep understanding of sourcing requirements and supplier capabilities
  • Support supplier selection and evaluation with data-driven insights
  • Assess supplier performance and identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders to enable a collaborative approach to strategic sourcing

 

About You

Data driven, you thrive in a challenge and enjoy solving a problem.  A clear communicator, you’re adaptable and able to build solid working relationships. Setting ambitious goals is your forte. You will be great in this role if you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, science, engineering finance, or a related field
  • Have solid analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Are proficient in data analysis tools e.g., Excel, Power BI, and AI powered tools.
  • Can work independently and within a team environment
  • Are a talented communicator who can convey complex analysis and data to varying levels of our organisation
