As a Territory Manager, you'll be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships in the construction and demolition industry focused specifically on our Post Collections business in North Brisbane. Whether you're looking to balance work with other commitments or simply enjoy the freedom of a flexible schedule, this role lets you work independently while still hitting your sales targets. In this role, you'll:
- Develop new business through face-to-face interactions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote our sustainable waste management practices in new markets.
- Create and execute sales strategies to fuel growth.
- Keep accurate records of your activities and customer interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Follow up on leads to keep your sales pipeline full.
This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility but still wants to achieve great results.
Your Skills and Experience
While experience in the construction industry is a plus, what we really value is a go-getter attitude and a passion for sales. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Tailored Communication: The ability to adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders and customers.
- Business Development: Proven experience in driving business growth.
- License & Vehicle: A current driver’s license and a reliable car.

- Relationship Building: Strong account management skills with the knack for forming solid, long-lasting relationships.
- Independence: The ability to manage your time effectively and work autonomously.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
