The Opportunity
As the Senior Business Analyst supporting our fleet team, you will provide timely analysis and modelling to drive operational performance and financial growth. Implementing performance improvement opportunities and measuring successful outcomes are also part of this new role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify organisational challenges and opportunities through consultation with business units
- Working on high-end governance, risk and compliance projects
- Plan business analysis techniques and assess the progress of analysis activities
- Plan and produce quality communications that are clear, concise, and easy to consume, taking into account stakeholder preferences
- Facilitate effective workshops, understanding stakeholders' work environment
- Perform decision and gap analysis between solutions and the stakeholder needs
- Produce user stories, story maps, processes, and data models
- Assist with risks, issues, and project change management
About You
Analytically and data focused, you thrive in a challenge and enjoy solving a problem. A clear communicator, you’re adaptable and have partnered with operational teams providing effective performance reporting. Setting ambitious goals is your forte.
You will be great in this role if you possess:
- Proven ability to influence operational and senior stakeholders while managing deadlines across multiple projects
- Proficient with financial and business modelling software, Power BI and excel
- The ability to provide analysis, and modelling to drive financial and operational improvement
- A curious mind set which constructively challenges current assumptions and ways of thinking
- Support management at a branch level by providing supporting analysis of key value drivers
- CA or CPA qualified or currently studying towards
