The Opportunity
This newly created role works closely with our service desk team, hardware and leasing partners managing the lifecycle of assets from procurement, deployment through to disposal. Additionally, you will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) as part of ServiceNow, importing and track environment changes
- Prioritisation in alignment with leasing agreements and device management strategy
- Managing end to end lifecycle for EUC devices that align with our IT strategy
- Continuously improving, innovating and optimising our IT Asset Management process
- Ensuring monthly recharging of devices are done in conjunction with finance team
- Managing stock levels to disposal and refresh
About You
Methodical and curious, you thrive in a collaborative environment and relish solving a problem. Ideally you will also hold.
- Demonstrated IT asset management experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Software Management (SAM) module and CMDB management
- Hands on experience building, deploying EUC devices
- InTune integration into ServiceNow CMBD
- Ability to work under pressure, plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Microsoft certifications
