Within our Industrial and Waste Services Division we provide total waste management business solutions to our clients including industrial cleaning services such as non-destructive digging, concrete demolition, high pressure water blasting, vacuum loading, shutdown services, pipe, drain and tank cleaning, emergency spills response and CCTV.

Join Our Industrial Waste Services (IWS) Team as a Branch Manager

About the Role:

The role will be responsible for managing the IWS business in NSW, which includes three branches in Sydney, Wollongong, and Newcastle where your focus will be on driving a positive culture, prioritising safety, and excelling in people management. You'll lead your team to achieve operational excellence while maintaining and growing our customer base. Your efforts will ensure that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations, securing long-term relationships and expanding our market presence. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both the business and the community, fostering a work environment where safety, growth, and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Business Reinvigoration: Implement strategies to rejuvenate the branch, driving improvements in processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Positive Culture Building: Encourage open communication, teamwork, and a strong sense of community within the branch.
  • Safety Leadership: Lead by example in prioritising safety, ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
  • People Management: Manage, mentor, and develop staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the branch's success.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing services to drive revenue growth. Develop strategic partnerships and networks to enhance the branch’s market presence and competitiveness.
