Are you a finance professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving impactful change? Cleanaway is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Commercial Business Partner to join our IWS team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial performance while contributing to our mission of creating a sustainable future.

As a Senior Commercial Business Partner at Cleanaway, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, driving key initiatives and providing strategic support across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, delivering financial guidance and support to drive business performance.
  • Innovative Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial forecast and performance reports that guide our business units and executive management.
  • Strategic Influence: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to craft and implement financial strategies that align with Cleanaway's business and sustainability goals.
  • Dynamic Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process with insights and recommendations that ensure we not only meet but exceed financial targets.
  • Forward-Thinking Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities and devise innovative strategies to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
  • Continuous Innovation: Seek out and implement ways to enhance financial processes and drive efficiencies across the organization.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who has proven expertise in financial analysis, contract management, business partnering, and strategic planning within a large, dynamic organisation ideally gained from working in the oil and gas industry, however this is not mandatory, we are open to other industries also.

  • Analytical Brilliance: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong, influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional Qualifications: A degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, with CPA or CA qualifications.
  • Proactive and Results-Driven: A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for Safety & Sustainability: A genuine commitment to sustainability and environmental initiatives, perfectly aligning with Cleanaway's mission and values.
