Accounts Receivable Officer

The Opportunity

As the Accounts Receivable Officer in the Processing Team within our Shared Services, you will play a key role in managing the accurate and timely processing and allocation of daily receipts and other financial transactional processing. Responsibilities will include:

  • Process Daily receipts from Customers
  • Reconciliation of accounts, some of which are complex
  • Processing of financial transactions
  • RCTI payment processing
  • Copy invoices for customers
  • Manage unallocated payments/unknown payments
  • Banking tasks when required

About You

  • Understanding of accounting procedures
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team Player
  • Proven experience in high volume Accounts Receivable processing with deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office suite, Adobe
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and the ability prioritise multiple tasks
