Territory Manager – Northern NSW (Grafton to Coffs Harbour)
Ready to hit the road and grow your career?
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a people-person who loves variety, autonomy, and plenty of travel!
As our Territory Manager, you’ll take charge of building new customer relationships while nurturing and growing a profitable portfolio across Northern Sydney’s regional stretch — from Grafton to Coffs Harbour. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, strengthening partnerships, and delivering results that count.
This role offers plenty of flexibility — when you’re not out meeting customers, you can tackle your admin from home. All we ask is that you bring your enthusiasm and drive wherever you go.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with your existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Manage your sales pipeline and track major contract renewals to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for your customers.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and keep accurate, up-to-date reports on your accounts and pipeline.
- Use our Sales CRM to stay on top of customer interactions and opportunities.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, loves variety, and isn’t afraid of time on the road. You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in a similar B2B sales role, ideally in the commercial or industrial space.
- Excellent communication skills — you’re a natural at building rapport and solving problems.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Tech confidence — you know your way around Microsoft Office, and experience using a Sales CRM is a bonus.
- A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s License.
If you’re someone who values autonomy, enjoys meeting new people, and loves the idea of owning your own patch — this is the role for you. Alongside competitive pay and tools of the trade, we offer flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact.
