The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role shapes pricing strategies, drives profitability, and delivers meaningful business impact. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and commercial business partners to build pricing models, execute price adjustments and own the Salesforce rate cards and approvals.
Beyond the analytics, you'll play a key role in educating and empowering the sales team to align with strategic pricing and profitability goals, ensuring our commercial decisions are both effective and sustainable.
Guided by our Values, your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct pricing analysis to identify trends and opportunities, including monthly reporting and dashboard creation.
- Oversee customer portfolio performance, uncovering growth and optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial partners to deliver data-driven insights that influence key decisions.
- Support and guide sales teams on pricing frameworks, profitability expectations, and strategic alignment.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships to enable clear communication and alignment on business goals.
About You
- Proven commercial acumen with strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using reporting tools and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
