The Opportunity
The role of Project Administrator is to support the Project Managers in coordination and reporting of projects across multiple exciting projects. This is a critical position where your expertise will ensure deliverables, outcomes and plans are coordinated effectively. Working in consultation with the delivery team and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders your responsibilities will include:
- Support and work alongside Project Managers gaining insights into the Project Management and Coordination of complex projects.
- Provide day-to-day support to Project Manager to help ensure successful project execution
- Liaise with Business stakeholders to coordinate prior agreed activities by organising meetings, following up on tracking status and assisting with removing blockers including manage project documentation.
- Coordinate Steering Committee meetings and take accurate minutes
- Management and coordination of vendor meeting schedules and follow-up items and attend project workshops
- Facilitate and support the preparation and distribution of portfolio ad-hoc reports
About you
The skills and experience you will need to demonstrate include:
- Experience in Project Coordination with HRIS systems
- Prior demonstrable administrative and support experience within a project team
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, ensuring clients and stakeholders are kept up to date with issues and developments
- Experience in Project Delivery; executing work tasks against plan, prioritising tasks in line with urgency and impact
- Experience working in projects with tight timelines and competing demands
- Computer literacy Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Relevant qualifications in business, accounting or finance would be desirable
