The Opportunity
- Fly out of Perth
- Operate various waste collection vehicles including, Front lift, Rear lift, Flatbed, Skip and Vacuum trucks
- Perform the safe handling of wastes in accordance with regulations and safety standards
- Operate Materials Handling Equipment such as Forklifts and Front-End Loaders
- Conduct daily pre-start checks on all assigned vehicles and equipment
- Identify and report health and safety risks, incidents, injuries, and property damage at the workplace
About You
- Able to work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
- Ability to work in remote FIFO environments under a structured roster
- Experience driving Heavy Rigid Vehicles
- Current HR licence
- Forklift licence (or prepared to undertake training)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
- Waste experience advantageous, not essential as full training is provided
- Must be eligible to immediately apply for and hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
