The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tullamarine on permanent full-time basis. In this role you will play a pivotal role in our skip bin hire operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web, and email
• Manage customer bookings and provide accurate quotes
• Deliver first-call resolution for customer enquiries
• Process credit card payments and raise credits as required
• Monitor and respond to emails in a shared inbox
• Accurately record customer interactions and updates using Salesforce
• Provide exceptional customer service and support across all touchpoints

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service role or office environment
• The ability to work with a small team
• A team focused attitude with a willingness to help where needed
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
