The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tullamarine on permanent full-time basis. In this role you will play a pivotal role in our skip bin hire operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web, and email
- Manage customer bookings and provide accurate quotes
- Deliver first-call resolution for customer enquiries
- Process credit card payments and raise credits as required
- Monitor and respond to emails in a shared inbox
- Accurately record customer interactions and updates using Salesforce
- Provide exceptional customer service and support across all touchpoints
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role or office environment
- The ability to work with a small team
- A team focused attitude with a willingness to help where needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
