Diesel Mechanic

• Permanent Full-Time - Afternoon Shift Mon-Fri 2pm -10pm
• Modern Fleet of Heavy Vehicles - Must have HR Licence

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our Tamworth NSW Depot, this is a newly established position, you will need to be capable of working alone and be a self-starter, where you can enjoy competitive benefits and a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and performing repairs on Waste trucks.

About you

• Relevant trade qualification + 3yrs experience in heavy vehicle mechanics
• Clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently and cost-effectively
• Experience with fleet maintenance and running repairs
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Must be available to work afternoon shift as the hours will be 2pm -10pm
