The Opportunity
When you start to think of waste as a resource, it opens up a world of possibilities. Cleanaway is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities, and government agencies. The platinum centre at Cleanaway supports our national accounts and an entire portfolio of our largest customers. Responsibilities will include:
- Customer relationship management through the use of a combination of practices and strategies to ensure improved relationships, retention, contractual obligations and sales growth is achieved;
- Management of customer service requests in the Cleanaway Sales Force (CRM) system;
- Ensure first call resolution best practice is achieved to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Administer process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval;
- Investigate, log, and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive resolution and improved service; and
- Monitor and record activities from inbound calls, outbound calls and emails.
About you
Are you a Customer Service professional who loves to be busy and enjoys a challenge? Would you like to work within a busy and high performing Platinum Service Team and work alongside a highly experienced customer service team providing a superior level of service? Your experience will include:
- Previous experience within a customer service or sales position;
- Proven ability to effectively manage complaints and successfully resolve customer matters;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Experience in Salesforce CRM (desirable but not mandatory); and
- Intermediate level of Excel experience.
