The Opportunity
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our QLD team, based in Northgate. This is your chance to work on a portfolio of major accounts worth over $10 million annually, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, shaping strategy, and building long-lasting partnerships.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Take ownership of a high-value customer portfolio and deliver outstanding results.
  • Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Work closely with leaders across the business, sharing expertise and influencing outcomes at a senior level.
  • Analyse competitor activity and market intelligence to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Balance monthly customer catch-ups with behind-the-scenes strategic planning and execution.

About You

This isn’t a role for someone “stepping up”, we’re looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong account management experience and wants to make their mark in a business that values collaboration and impact.

With industry experts around you, you don’t need waste experience, just the drive and know-how to manage high-level relationships and deliver results.


We are looking for an energetic, proactive Key Account Manager who leads with strategy, execution, and strong commercial acumen. You’ll bring:

  • Proven success managing large, high-value accounts.
  • Experience reviewing contracts, tenders and agreements with sharp attention to detail.
  • A strong track record of driving growth and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
