The Role

In this role, you will provide high-level, quality executive administrative support in a professional and timely manner to support the Chief Officer Member Experience,  Digital and Data

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing the diary and coordinating meetings and events for the Chief Officer.
  • Producing correspondence, presentations and reports both of a general and confidential nature on behalf of the Chief Officer.
  • Communicating on the Chief Officer’s behalf with the organisation's Leadership Team and others as required.
  • Responding and screening incoming enquiries and taking action on those matters that do not require the attention of the Chief Officer including providing relevant information or transferring to the appropriate business unit. 
  • Coordinating and/or assisting the organisation of events including booking appointments, rooms and notifying attendees.
  • Initiating and coordinating team events to support engagement, health & safety, and charitable activities.
  • Attending meetings as required and taking minutes/notes at meetings and pro-actively following up as required.
  • Processing invoices and expenses for the Chief Officer.
  • Supporting other senior members of the leadership team as may be required and on an ad hoc basis.

About you

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a member of the Executive team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Ability to liaise at an executive level, work under pressure and multi-task.
  • High attention to detail
