About the opportunity

This role sits within the Asset Information & Systems Team, which has expanded its asset management capability and now seeks a systems-focused professional to strengthen enterprise system administration and governance. The successful candidate will support and optimise asset-related systems, coordinate upgrades, manage user support, and contribute to configurations. While experience in enterprise asset management (EAM) systems is desirable, it is not essential; candidates with ERP system administration backgrounds and a strong understanding of governance are encouraged to apply.

About the Team

The Asset Information & Systems Team ensures accurate, consistent, and fit-for-purpose asset information is available to support informed decision-making and lifecycle activity delivery. The team maintains trusted asset data by setting standards, managing systems and processes, and enabling seamless information flow across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support and operational assistance for asset-related systems
  • Coordinate system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and maintain platform stability
  • Configure systems and optimise workflows to improve usability and performance
  • Develop and maintain standards, governance frameworks, and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and system utilisation
  • Deliver training and promote knowledge sharing across teams

Appointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check. People with criminal records are not automatically deemed ineligible; each application will be considered on its merits.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential

  • Experience in system administration, configuration or support
  • Demonstrated capability in user support and system troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and system access controls
