The Food Preparation Assistant prepares food and ensures safe and nutritious meals are served. Keeps the food service area clean and in accordance with federal, state, and county regulations. Maintains required paperwork. May oversee work of others.

The Preschool Teacher develops and implements a programs and activities for a preschool children. Works with undergraduate students participating in HD courses. The Preschool Teacher Assistant provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages two months to five years. Works closely with the preschool teacher in planning and managing a classroom of children. Assumes the lead role with the children when the preschool teacher is working with students, parents, administrators and/or faculty.

Police Officer I - K9- Department Only - 529191
The Police Officer I - K9 performs standard Police Officer duties with K9 as needed to support the safety and security of the campus community. Performs regular K9 searches of campus facilities, property, venues, and athletic events. Responds to bomb threats and assists with making routine checks for planted explosive devices prior to events that draw large crowds or generate controversy. Promotes UAPD’s community-oriented policing mission through programs, K9 demonstrations, community events, and community interactions. Conducts regular on-shift training and attends supervised training each month throughout the duration of the assignment to provide a safer environment for the campus community. Cares for the departmental K9 placed in their charge twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

The Compensation Analyst I assists in the administration of staff compensation and classification programs and projects for the University under general supervision.
Compensation Analyst II - 529193
The Compensation Analyst II administers staff compensation and classification programs and projects for the University under limited supervision.
Compensation Analyst III - 529194
The Compensation Analyst III administers and leads staff compensation and classification programs and complex projects for the University.
Event Coordinator - 529195
The Event Coordinator oversees the implementation, execution, and follow-up for events hosted on- and off-campus. Creates invitations. Selects sites. Creates seating arrangements. Negotiates with florist, caterers, event space staff, print shops, etc. Manages on-site contract staff, students, and etc.
Conflict of Interest Program Coordinator - 529196
The Conflict of Interest Program Coordinator implements and coordinates the Institutional Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment Program in accordance with the Board of Trustees and the Alabama State Ethics Laws. Creates and manages management plan templates and supporting guidance documentation related to assigned areas. Coordinates with compliance leadership to determine appropriate auditable controls for management plans. Develops guides and job aids to help identify and categorize possible conflicts. Assists with training the campus population regarding conflicts of interest related to assigned areas. Collaborates with campus partners to create management plans for assigned areas.
