Job Summary: The Student Housing Access Associate assists with residence hall key and lock access in the department of Housing and Residential Communities.
Additional Department Summary: Develops and maintains protocols for the use, storage, and access of all residence hall keys (approximately 10,000) for Housing and Residential Communities (HRC). Supervises and manages the Lockout Student staff. Assists with updating and maintaining inventory management and room inspections utilizing the HRC housing software system. Completes required training and promoting a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace. Holds staff accountable for completion of required training.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of administrative experience; OR associate’s degree. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Skills and Knowledge: General computer software skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, etc.).
