Job Summary: The Bindery Operator III calculates and cuts stock for printing. Trims printed material. Sets-up and operates a variety of equipment in preparing material for binding. Provides guidance, training, and/or oversight to other Bindery Operators.
Additional Department Summary: Performs bindery operations required to safely and accurately produce finished products for on time delivery and has broad responsibilities for production efficiency and quality control. Assists in the supervision of student workers using equipment and doing hand assembly. Maintains supply inventories.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of bindery experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with small offset press.
