Job Summary: The Manager of Regional Recruitment supervises a team of Regional UA Admissions Advisors. Provides leadership in facilitating ongoing training and evaluation. Facilitates growth and expansion of the regional recruiting programs. Collects and analyzes reports. Serves as regional recruiter for an assigned area.
Additional Department Summary: Serves as an important role on the leadership team for the Director and Assistant Vice President. Serves as the field representative for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for an assigned regional area. Provides leadership in identifying and enrolling undergraduate students. Serves as primary contact with local high school guidance counselors and principals. Coordinates recruiting efforts with local alumni chapters. Identifies prospective qualified undergraduate students in the region. Plans student receptions, counselor briefings, etc.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of recruitment, university admissions, public relations, marketing, sales, or communications experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of recruitment, university admissions, public relations, marketing, sales, or communications experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
